This is my last project at the Mill. The sudden closure of the company disrupted our delivery schedule so currently it is still work in progress and under NDA. Please contact me if you want to know more of this project. The project is a real-time VR experience made in Unreal. I led the global team in Bangalore and in New York for the development of this project. I will break down my responsibility below.

Created C++ communication interface with the physical ride chair vendor to ensure our game instance can communicate with the hardware and our application stays in sync with the master time code (so that our application plays in sync across differen seats).
Pipeline tool development for technical artists to reduce the their time spent on converting Metahuman with cloth simulation to VAT assets.
Levels streaming and sequence events logic to ensure smooth transition between multiple levels while maintaining smooth experience.
Lead the efforts for optimzations. Profiling and pinpoint bottlenecks. Lighting optimizations, texture optimizations. Material and shader optimizations for heavy hero assets and large environment like water and water fall.
Communicate with clients and vendors to ensure the latest progress is synced across different stake holders. Devise plans and timelines for development.
